Great job with this photo, I like the black and white effect together with aging paint makes you wonder about the time period of the structure.
You can increase the contrast of this slightly to allow the painted white surfaces to have more life (without blowing out the texture though)
Is this in West Haven? That's close to my Grandparents house. I never understood the V that replaces the U in "public". I think you made this Library look better than it does in real life.
