By the Sea

The day at the beach was fun. On Thursday evening I took a trip and visited Seaside Park with my friend Jess. Even though I was raised in Bridgeport and it had been many years since I last walked the sand of Seaside Park, but I remembered the park well and I think the park in a way too because I was graced with a beautiful sunset and some truly amazing scenes.

The first is of a horseshoe crab submerging through water. There were quite a few of them at one edge of the beach and I was lucky enough to get some cool shots of them. I really like this shot for way the water ripples around the shell.

The second is of a small piece of wood and a seashell.

My third shot is of a piece of wood that had been stranded on the beach.

I will be posting some more to my fotothing shortly.

Thre great shots, I love the middle one. The macro effect was a hit with this one.

That is a really nice macro of the stick and shell. I also didnt know we had so many horse shoe crabs. I want to go and look for some now that I know!

oh and by the way, I also love the drift wood. All around, nice work. I enjoyed looking at it.

The bottom one with the driftwood is the strongest... always ask yourself, where is the focal point, where is the light... the two should match...
